These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the Paint & Play with Ella May website or book a Paint & Play workshop.

By making a booking, you agree to these terms.

Workshop bookings

Workshop places are subject to availability and are not confirmed until payment has been successfully completed.

Please check the workshop date, time and location carefully before completing your booking.

Unless otherwise stated, the workshop price includes the materials and equipment required to participate.

Workshop attendance

Paint & Play workshops are designed to be relaxed, welcoming and enjoyable for everyone.

Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards Ella, other participants, the venue and any equipment or materials provided.

Paint can stain clothing and personal belongings. Please wear clothing you do not mind getting paint on. Paint & Play with Ella May is not responsible for damage to clothing or personal belongings unless required by law.

If you have accessibility requirements or anything else Ella should know before the workshop, please get in touch before attending where possible.

Cancellations and refunds

Bookings are subject to our Refund / Cancellation Policy, which explains what happens if you can no longer attend or if a workshop needs to be cancelled or changed.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions or our Refund / Cancellation Policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to workshops

Occasionally, circumstances may require a workshop to be changed, postponed or cancelled.

If Paint & Play with Ella May makes a significant change to a workshop or cancels it, affected participants will be contacted as soon as reasonably possible and provided with the options available to them.

Workshop capacity

Places at each workshop are limited. Once all available places have been booked, the workshop will be considered sold out.

1:1 creativity sessions

One-to-one creativity sessions are available as a post-workshop add-on and are intended for participants who have attended a Paint & Play workshop.

Session availability is subject to Ella’s availability and is not confirmed until payment has been successfully completed.

Any specific arrangements, including the session date, time and location, will be confirmed directly with the participant.

Photography

Photos or videos may occasionally be taken during Paint & Play workshops for use on the Paint & Play with Ella May website or social media.

Where identifiable participants are included, permission will be requested before their image is used for promotional purposes.

If you would prefer not to be photographed, please let Ella know.

Website information

We aim to keep information on this website accurate and up to date. Workshop dates, times, locations, prices and availability may occasionally change.

Any significant changes affecting an existing booking will be communicated directly to the person who made the booking.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the content on this website, including text, branding, graphics and photographs, belongs to Paint & Play with Ella May or is used with permission.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission.

Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with rights and guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these terms is intended to limit or exclude those rights.

Privacy

Personal information provided through this website or during the booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The current version will be published on this website with the date it was last updated.
