Meet Ella
The colourful human behind Paint & Play.
Ella is an art therapist, coach and counsellor with more than 20 years of experience working in the mental health space.
She created Paint & Play from her love of creativity, colour and bringing people together, and from seeing firsthand how powerful art can be in helping people slow down, reconnect and experience a little more joy.
Her workshops aren't about being “good” at art. They're about having a go, connecting with others and enjoying what happens when everyone adds a little piece of themselves to something bigger.
